Clothing & Bags

I accept returns on clothing and bags within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, please reach out to me directly and I'll get you taken care of.

Custom Hats & Embroidery

Because custom hats and embroidery orders are made specifically for you, all custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check all customization details before placing your order — I'm happy to answer any questions beforehand!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will make it right.
